Welcome to Hayweee's Stash. These Terms and Conditions are a legally binging agreement made between the user ("you") and Hayweee's Stash ("my," "I"), concerning your access to and use of Hayweee's Stash products. Please carefully read the Terms. By purchasing Hayweee's Stash products, you have read and agreed to all Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are not authorized to use Hayweee's Stash 3D avatars and assets. These Terms are subject to change at any time.

G E N E R A L  T E R M S 

✧ Any Hayweee's Stash products you purchase cannot be returned or refunded. All purchases are final.

✧ Do not price split my products.

✧ Resale of Hayweee's Stash avatars and individual 3D assets, as is or edited are strictly prohibited.

✧ Do not claim Hayweee's Stash 3D avatars and/or assets as your own. 

✧ You are not allowed to share, re-upload or trade my avatars, assets, Unity packages and/or FBX files.

✧ Users are only permitted to use Hayweee's Stash products if products are obtained from https://hayweeesstash.sellfy.store, https://hayweee.gumroad.com, https://discord.gg/HayweeesStash or product listings exclusively posted by me, Hayweee, only with the correct information provided at checkout. All redistribution Terms still apply.

A V A T A R  T E R M S

✦ Do not make Hayweee's Stash avatars, edited versions or Quest conversions of my avatars public on VRChat, Chillout VR, NeosVR or any social game.

✦ Use of my avatars are permitted for use on any social media platform such as Kick, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Adult Sites, YouTube, etc with credit and link back to Hayweee - https://hayweeesstash.sellfy.store or Hayweee - https://hayweee.gumroad.com or tag me on Instagram @HayweeesStash

✦ Use of my avatars are permitted for use on any VR social game (VRChat, Neos VR, ChilloutVR, etc) for personal use only.

✦ Do not take or reuse assets off Hayweee's Stash avatars for commercial use.

3 D  A S S E T  T E R M S

✧ Carefully read over the individual asset's Terms before use.

✧ Hayweee's Stash assets are permitted for personal and/or commercial use on completed avatars only.

✧ Do not use my 3D assets on free, public and/or nitro boosted models unless stated otherwise on the Terms of the individual asset.

✧ All assets by Hayweee's Stash can be used on any VR social-game (VRChat, Neos VR, ChilloutVR, etc) on completed models only.

✧ Please credit me when using my assets.
